Most of the trail today allowed dirt bikes too. I missed riding my dirt bike and wish I was riding it today instead of walking.
The scenary today was just what I thought Colorado would be like. Big mountains and huge meadows.
The weather today was also what I expected for Colorado... Sunny all day and then a series of late afternoon thunderstorms.
We set up camp around 6 right when a long thunderstorm came through. It rained and thundered for a few hours. We had to cook under the vestibule of our tent. But at least we were dry.
