Friday, September 11 - Sunday, September 13
Our parents flew in on Friday. Heather and I met them in Breckenridge in the afternoon. Breckenridge Oktoberfest was a huge event. They shut down the entire main street for the event. There were tons of food vendors, tons of beer, and live bands. It was super fun.
We stayed in the Breck Village for the weekend.
On Sunday, my dad, Heather's dad, and I rented mountain bikes and took the ski lift up the mountain and rode down the trails a few times. It was awesome to be on a bike again. It was a weird feeling going so fast along the trails after 3 months of only walking.
It was really great seeing my parents. I'm so glad they came out. It was a fun, relaxing weekend.
