28 miles
Well when I woke up at 7:30am (which is late for me), everyone else was still asleep. When I packed up in 30 minutes, everyone was still asleep....
At that point I decided to just leave. They said they planned on doing around 30 miles today. So I just took off.
The day was a little boring. I didn't see many people. But we got the first awesome view of Mt. Shasta!
I got to 28 miles on the day and decided to stop there. I figure everyone will catch up to me sometime in the night since they wanted to get 30 in.
