30 miles
Today started with a big big climb. Then after that, it was a gradual climb most of the day. I met a hiker named Lunchbox because he carries a lunchbox on his chest where he keeps his big camera.
Later I met Peanut Butter, Molasses, Panorama, Tickled Pink, and Zana.
We all got to a road around 7:00pm. About 3 mile before the road was a big lake. We probably saw about 25 weekend backpackers there. They kept coming up the trail in groups. It was an easy trail so it must be a very popular trail.
At the road, Tickled Pink did some "Yogi-ing" by asking the people at their cars for any extra food or drinks. He got a few beers and some stacks that we all shared.
Panorama, Tickled Pink, and Zana cooked dinner then decided to hike on.
